Only have this… Nov 5, 2021 · I have the exact same problem, i have a 4k max gen2, black screen on videos DV+HDR10+. I verbally requested Netflix, on my fire stick remote, to see if Netflix would work. I’m in Canada and have the CTV app on the fire stick - went to go finish up an episode I paused mid-way through last night and the audio will play, but the video won’t (screen is black).
